Tiger Media gains two new strong shareholders in EDEL and the Wack brothers

Tiger Media International GmbH, provider of the successful children’s audio streaming platform tigertones and the popular tigerbox TOUCH, has brought two new shareholders and strategic partners on board: EDEL SE & Co. KGaA and the Wack brothers, founders and managing directors of let’s dev GmbH & Co. KG. Both companies joined the Hamburg-based media and technology company at the beginning of September 2025 and invested a mid-seven-figure sum as part of a capital round.
With the addition of EDEL and Gebrüder Wack, Tiger Media is strengthening its position as a leading provider of digital audio experiences for children. The commitment marks another important step in the company’s growth strategy – particularly with regard to the expansion of the tigertones streaming platform, which has now become the largest audio streaming platform for children in Europe, and the launch of the new tigerbox MINI in October 2025.

After revenue growth of over 30 per cent last year, we expect further growth of a similar magnitude in 2025 – clear evidence of the strength of our market and our partnerships.”
For the new shareholders, this move is the logical continuation of a long-standing collaboration: ‘Tiger Media stands for technological strength, creative quality and a deep understanding of families and children.
